Mist Vulnerability (Viera)

Despite their affinity for Mist, Viera are susceptible to concentrations of Mist beyond that of other races. When a Viera becomes lost in Mist, she enters a rage- and fear-filled state, as though under the effects of a confusion spell.

EFFECT

Once per minute while in a Mist-heavy area (either a high concentration of souls, lifestream, magic or pyreflies), the Viera must make a Will saving throw (DC 10 + character level) with failure causing them to gain the confusion status. If they succeed, they ignore this effect for one hour.
