When the ally would become shaken or frightened, they instead gain the benefits of heroic invocation and rage spells for a number of rounds equal to your crystal rank. |

When your ally’s HP drops below 15 x your crystal rank, the seal deals 1d8 per your crystal rank damage (half fire, half shadow) to all enemies, and they must make a Reflex saving throw or start burning for 2d6 (half fire, half shadow) damage each round. |

When fire damage is dealt to your ally, they are healed for (3d6 per crystal rank) HP, and their attacks deal additional 2d6 shadow damage for the number of rounds equal to your crystal rank. |

When your ally is making a saving throw against an illusion or enfeebling spell, they automatically succeed. Additionally, the caster is then targeted by the same effect, with the DC of its saving throw increased by a number equal to half your crystal rank. |
