A light green cloak that covers the shoulders and reaches past the knees. Even without the wind blowing, it seems to billow and flow dramatically on its own.

EFFECTS

This cape continually grants the wearer the ability to avoid damage as if she had evasion. Whenever she makes a Reflex saving throw to determine whether she takes half damage, a successful save results in no damage.

In addition, she gains a +1 bonus to her caster level, which does not stack with the bonus provided by an Orange Prism Ioun Stone. This does not grant her early access to level-based powers; it only affects the powers she could use without this item.
