DESCRIPTION
A sturdy pair of leather gloves, dyed blue with white lines going from under the fingertips to the palm into a spiralling circle. Whilst the gloves may look inviting or non-threatening, monsters and magical beasts know to fear their grasp.
EFFECTS
These gloves give a +2 competence bonus on Spellcraft checks and the user may use Spellcraft as if they were trained in the skill. When worn in combination with Glasses of Magical Understanding the user instead gains a +4 competence bonus.
When worn by a SeeD Operative, 3/day the user may as a free action activate the gloves to empower their next draw action, increasing the number of spells stocked by 1, if the draw attempt fails the gloves lose a charge.
