This materia changes the user’s weapon damage to ice damage or gain an elemental resistance to the ice element. This also allows the user to summon Shiva for a short period of time using the caster level of the item as the Summoner class level for purposes of determining HD of the Avatar. When attuned with the Use Magic Device skill, the user can cast greater Blizzard spells.

- Level 1: This grants the user ice resistance 5.
- Level 2: This grants the user ice resistance 10.
- Level 3: This grants the user ice resistance 15.
WEAPON BONUS
- Level 1: This changes the user’s weapon damage to ice damage.
- Level 2: This changes the user’s weapon damage to ice damage and adds an extra 1d6 points of ice damage to the weapon’s damage.
- Level 3: This changes the user’s weapon damage to ice damage and adds an extra 2d6 points of ice damage to the weapon’s damage.
