DESCRIPTION
A consecrated talisman or feather that takes on miraculous properties by way of divine powers. Often found in the wake of the deity Phoenix and its primal copies.
EFFECTS
When placed upon a corpse, or thrown from a distance, the feather revives a dead ally (as Full-Life spell) that has been dead no longer than 3 hours, bringing the target back with full hit points, and all of the magic points possessed by the creature when it died.
This feather only affects recently dead allies that wish to return back to life. It has no effect on undead creatures.
