DESCRIPTION
A set of robes wrap around the caster providing a +4 armor bonus to AC, with an additional +1 bonus for every four caster levels after 1st. Unlike mundane armor, these robes entail no armor check penalty, arcane spell failure chance, or speed reduction. Since these robes are made of force, incorporeal creatures can’t bypass them the way they do normal armor.
