The food that this spell summons is simple fare of your choice. While this food does not provide any real nourishment, it does help lessen and possibly stave off the effects of starvation. Creatures that consume this food receive a +1 bonus to Constitution checks involving starvation for 24 hours. Additionally, any nonlethal damage they receive from the effects of starvation during this period is reduced to 1d4 points of damage (normally 1d6).
