The subject is surrounded by shifting obstacles, granting the subject concealment (20% miss chance). Though the subject is not harshly affected by the instruments as they move in a way that does not hinder them.
A see invisibility spell does not counteract this effect, but a true seeing spell does.
Opponents that cannot see the subject ignore the song’s effect (though fighting an unseen opponent carries penalties of its own).
