BENEFIT
If an enemy is within melee reach, you may make a single melee attack during the first round of combat, before initiative begins. Afterwards, combat process resumes normally, and you may attack again on your initiative if able to.
Special: The al bhed must prepare the spring device ahead of time with a successful Knowledge (engineering) check, DC 15. The device can be made of scrap (costs nothing) and has a nominal weight.
