As a dancer gains experience, she learns a number of talents that aid her and confound her foes. Starting at 2nd level, the dancer gains one dance talent. She gains an additional dance talent for every 2 levels of dancer attained after 2nd level. Unless specified otherwise, a dancer cannot select an individual talent more than once.

As long as she remains within 30 feet of the ally, she gains a +2 bonus to her AC until the start of her next turn. • Reprisal: The dancer makes a single melee or ranged attack against any target within her range as a standard action. If her attack roll succeeds and if that target attacks the dancer before the end of her next turn, one ally within 30 feet can make an attack against that target as an immediate action. • To Me!: The dancer spends a swift action. Whenever she takes any damage before the beginning of her next turn, each ally within line of sight can move 10 feet as an immediate action. This movement does not provoke Attacks of Opportunity. |
Born Leader (Ex) | — | Once per encounter, as a swift action, the dancer grants all allies within her line of sight a +1 insight bonus on attack rolls. This effect lasts for as long as they remain within line of sight of her. An ally loses this bonus immediately if line of sight is broken or the dancer is unconscious or dead. |
Clear Mind (Ex) | — | When the dancer fails a Will saving throw, she can attempt another Will saving throw at the end of her next turn (using the original DC). If the second saving throw is successful, the dancer is treated as if she succeeded at the first saving throw, negating or reducing the effect as determined by the spell or effect. If this second saving throw fails, the dancer suffers the full effects of the spell or effect as normal. |

Coordinate (Ex) | — | A dancer with this talent has a knack for getting people to work together. When she uses this talent as a standard action, all allies within her line of sight are granted an additional +1 bonus when they use the Aid Another action until the start of her next turn. The dancer may select this talent multiple times; each time she does, the bonus granted by the coordinate ability increases by 1 (To a maximum of +5). |
Dance Inspiration (Ex) | — | The dancer can inspire others through dance. To do so, she uses a swift action on her turn to choose one creature other than herself within 60 feet of her who can hear her. That creature gains one Dance Inspiration die, a d6. Once within the next 10 minutes, the creature can roll the die and add the number rolled to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw it makes. The creature can wait until after it rolls the d20 before deciding to use the Dance Inspiration die, but must decide before the GM says whether the roll succeeds or fails. Once the Dance Inspiration die is rolled, it is lost. A creature can have only one Dance Inspiration die at a time. The dancer can use this feature a number of times per day equal to her Charisma modifier (a minimum of once). His Dance Inspiration die changes when she reaches certain levels in this class. The die becomes a d8 at 5th level, a d10 at 10th level, and a d12 at 15th level. |
Dance Troubadour (Su) | Mystic Dance class feature | As a swift action, the dancer can double the duration of the next mystic dance the dancer performs. The dancer can use this ability a number of times per day equal to her Charisma modifier. |

Devastating Unarmed Smash | Unarmed Smash dance talent | Once per encounter, the dancer can attempt a Devastating Unarmed Smash. She must declare this special melee attack before making the attack roll. If the attack rolls succeeds, she adds half her dancer level to the damage, instead of the normal +1 bonus for the Unarmed Smash talent. |
Experienced Brawler (Ex) | — | The dancer knows how to fight when the odds are against her. She can use each of the following actions as a standard action once per encounter: • Avoid Attack: The dancer makes a single unarmed attack against an opponent within her reach. Until the beginning of her next turn, she gains a +4 dodge bonus to her AC against a single attack. • Fortified Mind: The dancer makes a single unarmed attack against an opponent within her reach. Until the beginning of her next turn, she gains a +3 bonus to either her Fortitude or Will save against a spell. • Focused Stance: The dancer makes a single unarmed attack against an opponent within her reach. At any time until the beginning of her next turn, as an immediate action, she can move up to 10 feet. This movement does not provoke Attacks of Opportunity. |
Expert Leaper (Ex) | — | When using the Acrobatics skill to jump, a dancer with this talent is always considered to have a running start and adds her dancer level to the check result. Whenever she deliberately falls, a successful DC 15 Acrobatics check allows her to ignore the first 20 feet fallen. For every 5 by which she exceeds the DC of this check, she can ignore an additional 10 feet of distance fallen. |
Hardened Strike (Ex) | — | If the dancer deals damage with an Unarmed attack to a creature that has Damage Reduction, she reduces the value of that Damage Reduction by 1 until the end of the encounter. Cumulative attacks against the same target do not stack. |
Harmonic Dance (Su) | Battle Dance and Mystic Dance class features | Whenever the dance performs a mystic dance while she is maintaining a battle dance, she can maintain the battle dance for that round without expending one of her rounds of battle dance for the day. In addition, she can switch from one battle dance to another as a swift action when she performs a mystic dance while maintaining a battle dance. |

Ki Deflection (Su) | Ki pool class feature or dance talent | The dancer receives a +1 deflection bonus to AC and +1 morale bonus to Reflex and Will saves so long as she possesses at least 1 point in her ki pool. These bonuses increases to +2 at 6th level. |
Ki Pool (Ex) | Must not have a ki pool | A dancer with this talent gains a small ki pool, but the her ki pool does not grant any extra attacks. The dancer gains a number of ki points equal to her Wisdom modifier (minimum 1). These ki points replenish at the start of each day. If she gains a ki pool later, she gains half her Wisdom bonus (minimum 1) as bonus ki points to her ki pool. She can spend a ki point to gain a +10-foot bonus to movement until the end of her turn. |
Ledge Walker (Ex) | — | This ability allows a dancer to move along narrow, uneven, or slippery surfaces (such as ice) at full speed using the Acrobatics skill without penalty. In addition, a dancer with this talent is not flat-footed when using Acrobatics to move along such surfaces, and retains her Dexterity bonus to AC. |
Masterful Dances | Dancer 6, Battle Dance class feature | A dancer can choose one of the following Bardic Masterpiece feats: Dance of Beauty’s Wiles, Dance of the Naga, Endless Waltz of the Tarutaru, Exhilarating Prayer of Fabul, Garuda’s Spiraling Ascent, Melusine’s Dance of Desires, Minuet of the Malboro, Pallavi of the Phoenix, The Dance of the Moogle, The Mithra Cat-Step, or Vamo alla Flamenco. Pick a Fight (Ex) | — | During the surprise round, the dancer and all allies within 30 feet of her gain a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls. Additionally, until the end of the encounter, she retains this bonus to attack rolls against any target she or her allies damage during the surprise round. |
Positioning Attack (Ex) | — | Once per encounter, when a dancer with this talent hits a creature with a melee attack, she can move up to 30 feet without provoking attacks of opportunity. The dancer must end her movement in a square that threatens that creature hit with the melee attack. |
Punishing Strike (Ex) | — | When the dancer scores a critical hit with an Unarmed attack, she can make an immediate Unarmed attack (In addition to other effects of a critical hit) against a single target within reach. She can use this talent only once per turn and only while wearing no armor. |
Quick Reflexes (Ex) | — | The dancer can make one additional attack of opportunity per round. |
Rally (Ex) | — | Once per encounter, the dancer can rally her allies and bring them back from the edge of defeat. As a swift action, any allies within her line of sight who have less than half their total hit points remaining gain a +2 morale bonus to their Reflex and Will saves, and a +2 bonus to all damage rolls for the remainder of the encounter. |
Redirect Force (Ex) | — | If the dancer has a feat that allows her to attempt a combat maneuver without provoking attacks of opportunity, she can choose to provoke them anyway when she performs that maneuver. If she does so and takes damage from the attack of opportunity, the monk adds the damage as a bonus on her attack roll instead of as a penalty. |
Retaliation Jab (Ex) | — | If an enemy misses the dancer with a melee attack, as an immediate action, she can automatically deal damage equal to her Strength modifier (minimum 1 point of damage) to her attacker, if the attacker is within her reach. |
Reverse Strength (Ex) | — | The dancer knows how to use an opponent's strength against it. Whenever she successfully grapples an opponent, she deals damage equal to the opponent's Strength modifier (minimum 1 point). |
Shove Aside (Ex) | Evasion class feature | When a dancer and an adjacent ally are both in the area of an attack that requires a saving throw, she can take a –4 penalty on her saving throw to grant her ally a +4 bonus on his saving throw. She loses the evasion ability against this attack. If she has improved evasion, it is reduced to evasion for this attack instead. |
Slow Fall (Ex) | Dancer 4 | A dancer with this talent within arm’s reach of a wall can use it to slow her descent. When first gaining this ability, she takes damage as if the fall were 20 feet shorter than it actually is. The dancer’s ability to slow her fall (that is, to reduce the effective distance of the fall when next to a wall) improves by 10 feet for every two dancer levels until at 20th level she can use a nearby wall to slow her descent and fall any distance without harm. |
Stand Up (Ex) | — | A dancer with this talent can stand up from a prone position as a swift action. This still provokes attacks of opportunity for standing up while threatened by a foe. |
Stinging Jab (Ex) | — | Once per encounter, when the dancer hits a target with an unarmed attack, she can choose to deal half damage with her attack. If she does so, her enemy also deals half damage on all melee attacks he or she makes until the end of her next turn. |
Style Feat | — | A dancer with this talent chooses a Style Feat or a feat that lists a Style Feat as a prerequisite. She gains that as a bonus feat. This talent be taken up to 3 times. The dancer must still meet prerequisites for the style feat or any other feat selected with this talent. |
Sucker Punch (Ex) | — | Once per round, when the dancer's unarmed attack damages an opponent that is denied its Dexterity bonus to its AC, that opponent cannot take Attacks of Opportunity until the end of its next turn. |
Superior Senses (Ex) | — | A dancer with this talent has a mastery over her senses, and can detect presences by smell and sound as well as she can with sight. She gains a +10 to her Perception rolls to locate creature who benefit from invisibility (or the vanish spell). |
Tavern Brawler (Ex) | — | While being flanked, the dancer gains a +1 bonus on Unarmed attack rolls and damage rolls. |
Trust (Ex) | Born Leader and Coordinate dance talents | The dancer can give up her standard action to give one ally within her line of sight an extra standard action or move action on their next turn, to do with as they please. The ally does not lose the action if line of sight is later broken. |
Unarmed Smash (Ex) | — | A dancer deals an additional +1 point of damage with unarmed strikes. |
Unrelenting Assault (Ex) | Melee Power dance talent | The dancer launches herself at her foe, attacking with weapons, limbs, or anything else available. Whenever she misses with a melee attack or the attack is negated, she still deals her Strength bonus in damage to the target (minimum 1), or 1.5 x her Strength bonus if she attacks with a weapon she is wielding two-handed. |
Unwavering Ally (Ex) | — | Once per turn, as a swift action, the dancer can designate one ally within her line of sight who can hear and understand her. Until the start of the dancer's next turn, that ally becomes immune to all effects that render the ally flat-footed or that deny the ally a Dexterity bonus to his or her AC. |
Advanced Dance Talent
At 12th level, and every two levels thereafter, a dancer can choose one of the following advanced dance talents in place of a dance talent.

Energetic Recharge (Su) | Ki Pool class feature or dance talent | Once per day, as an immediate action, when the dancer would take damage from earth, fire, ice, lightning, water, or wind damage, she can convert the damage into Ki, at a rate of 1 Ki per 10 damage. She suffers none of the converted damage, but may not gain more than half her dancer level in Ki nor over his max. For example, if a 14th level dancer suffers 80 points of ice damage, she may convert up to 70 points of that damage into 7 Ki. She takes the remaining 10 points of ice damage as normal. |
Fast Tumble (Ex) | — | When a dancer with this talent uses Acrobatics to tumble at full speed through a threatened square without provoking an attack of opportunity, the DC of the Acrobatics check does not increase by 10. |
Foe-Biting Dance (Ex) | — | As a move action, the dancer may perform a dance to supernaturally grant her allies the ability to flank upon enemies that are not currently flanked. The dancer must make a Perform (dance) check against any foe within 20 feet. If she beats their CMD, the foe loses focus and is drawing their attention upon the dancer. Allies that attack this specific foe gain flanking against that foe, without requiring an ally flanking the enemy. Enemies with uncanny dodge that are affected by this dance are also affected, as normal. |
Hard Minded (Ex) | — | A dancer with this talent is hard to fool with mind-affecting effects. At the start of her turn, if she is still subject to any mind-affecting spells or effects, she can make a Will saving throw with a standard DC for the effect’s level, and if she succeeds at the check, she is no longer subject to the mind-affecting effect. She can make this saving throw even against mind-affecting effects that normally don’t allow a saving throw. In those cases, generate the saving throw as if the spell or effect did allow a saving throw. |

Light Steps (Ex) | — | A dancer with this talent can move effortlessly across nearly any surface. The dancer can cross any solid surface, even if it would normally not support her weight. This does not allow her to walk on liquids. |

Step and Strike (Ex) | Fleet class feature | Seamlessly combining movement into her repertoire of dances, the dancer can cover a span a larger range. When taking a full attack action, the dancer can take a 5-foot step after each attack. |
