With chocobos ruling the ground below, pegasus knights instead seek to rule the skies above. Elegant riders in the air, pegasus knights patrol above others, their mounts serving to help them gain the advantage against groundborne foes.
The pegasus knight is an archetype of the chocobo knight class.

The pegasus knight mainly focuses on STR for martial combat and STR and CHA for their class features.
Archetype Feature Replacements:
1st – Chocobo Mount. 6th – Master Feeder.
Pegasus Mount (Ex)
At 1st level, a pegasus knight gains a pegasus mount. Unlike a normal pegasus, a pegasus mount is an animal rather than a magical beast, does not possess any spell-like abilities. A pegasus mount counts as a chocobo mount for chocobo knight class features.

Size Large; Speed 40 ft., fly 60 ft. (average; the pegasus can carry a rider while flying, but reduces its fly speed by half while doing so.); AC +2 natural armor; Attack bite (1d4), 2 hooves* (1d6); Ability Scores Str 16, Dex 13, Con 15, Int 2, Wis 12, Cha 9; Special Qualities darkvision 60 ft., low-light vision, scent.
* This is a secondary natural attack.
7TH-LEVEL ADVANCEMENT
Speed 40 ft., fly 100 ft. (average; the pegasus can carry a rider while flying); Attack bite (1d4), 2 hooves* (1d6, primary natural attack); Ability Scores Str +2, Dex +2, Con +2.
This ability alters chocobo mount.
Sky Strafe (Ex)
At 6th level, a pegasus knight’s peagsus mount gains Flyby Attack as a bonus feat, even if it would not meet its prerequisites. If it already possesses Flyby Attack, it can instead gain a combat feat of its choice for which it qualifies.
This ability replaces master feeder.
